Course 2018/19

It anticipated that there will be a course running from October 2018 until March 2019.

Courses usually run over 9 evenings and contain the information required to furnish a beginner with the basics of how a honey bee colony operates.
Topics covered include: Honey bee anatomy and biology; Practical beekeeping (manipulation of a colony, why and how); Products of the hive - how to harvest honey and wax.
