The Scottish Smallholders' Festival is an opportunity for smallholders to celebrate the wide variety of expertise they have in managing their livestock and various arable crops. It is also a chance to meet lots of very interesting people and animals - poultry, llamas, alpacacs, pigs, donkeys - you name it you can meet them! Many Smallholders are also interested in various crafts and hobbies. Glasgow & District BKA and Lanarkshire BKA will be manning a display to demonstrate the importance of pollinators and to encourage smallhoders to take up beekeeping.
